2 Medium sweet potatoes – peeled and chopped to 3 cm pieces
3 Medium onions – sliced fine
2 sprigs Thyme leaves
150 g Feta – diced
600 g Fresh pasta Or 350 g Dried pasta
¼ cup Balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp Brown sugar
50 g Butter, unsalted
