Banana Breakfast Bars (Makes 24)
I have tried a few muesli slices and so far this is the best! I substituted brown sugar for panella (evaporated cane sugar) and added a couple tablespoons of Powerfoods Cacao Crunch. This is great for a healthy snack for work or school lunches.
150g Unsalted butter
75g Soft light brown sugar
3 tbs Honey
350g Porridge Oats
50g Toasted Hazelnuts, chopped (any nuts are ok)
